How to clean a fish straight from last year’s R25 stats.
- Kill the fish and rinse it in cool water.
- Remove the fins and scales.
- Slice into the vent of the fish and cut up toward the neck.
- Open up the cut and remove the guts and innards.
- Rinse out the fish.
- Slice off the head.
- Choose to cut the fish into stakes or filets.
