Sunday proved to be the downfall for most tippers this weekend with upset wins to the Titans (18 – 12 over the Broncos) and Cowboys (31 – 6 over the Rabbits).
Then to the Raiders/Roosters match – this was real toss of the coin situation…. Canberra hanging on to do the Roosters 20 – 18 – making it 8 wins from their last 9 and keeping them well and truly in the hunt for a top 4 finals finish.
Frankly, its difficult to do a write up of weekend matches when your team cops a 9 try to 3 loss at home on a Friday night. The team you support is a team with no coach and a captain who doesn’t want to be there. A fan base who want to oust their Board and their captain. Enthusiasm for season 2023 is at an all time low for me. I can’t even get excited about Manly losing again.
So there it is……
I am glad that there are 4 more Ashes Tests that will see me out to the 1st August 2023. I’m also glad that I get another chance in these last 10 rounds to get my money back in the 2nd Chance Comp.

The battle for top spot continues with our 2 leaders switching place yet again. Big Baba regains the top spot on 102 points from TheZipZipMan on 101. I miss Benji and Budgie hold on to 3rd and 4th . Guru2810 moves up 2 places into 5th spot.
