Who am I kidding with my preview for this week. Half the games are toss of the coin.
Bunnies v Dogs, Sharks v Wahs, Knights v Raiders, Eels v Tigers. Try and pick four winners there with any conviction.
The Dolphins should absolutely towel up the Sea Eagles despite the change in coach. History shows it’s the second match where the team with the new coach wins. This could be disastrous for the Dragons next week.
The Broncos are my standout. They play the Titans coming off the back of their 1st victory for 2026, but the Titans were terrible and only won because the Dragons were worse.
Speaking of which, I finally tipped my beloved Dragons for 2026. The Dragons are hard to beat at Kogarah, and the Cows have a poor record there, but my confidence is still low. The Dragons had all the field position and early momentum last week but couldn’t post points. Hopefully, the enforced change in halves will add some spice in attack.
The Panthers have their biggest test this season so far. Let’s see how big the divide there is between them and the Storm.
