Round 7 – Preview and Experts’ Tips

Check out this round’s match previews and Experts’ tips.

Round 7 Preview

The round kicks off Thursday night at 4 Pines Park with the Seas Eagles v Dragons.

The Dragons have a poor history here having only won once in the last seven matches. While Manly cannot win without Tommy Turbo with their side lossing every match since he limped off in round four.

Good Friday starts with the traditional afternoon match between The Bulldogs and Rabbitohs that will see 70K+ attend adjacent to the Royal Easter Show. Will the Bunnies cause a boil over and be the first to defeat the Dogs this season?

We then head up to Suncorp Stadium for the Dolphins v Storm. This is a home game for the ‘Phins but it may as well be for the Storm as well. They rarely loose up there.

Super Saturday is more of a Sup Sat as there are only two matches this week.

The Warriors take on the Broncos in Wah-Wah Land with both teams desperate to return to the winner’s circle.

Then it’s the Roosters v Premiers(4x) The Panthers. Is this the week the Panthers turn it around? I will be interested to see the stats when we post them on Friday.

Easter Sunday has probably the two hardest matches of the round.

Titans v Raiders on the Coast and Knights v Sharks up in Newcastle. Getting both of these games correct will get you places on our ladder.

The round wraps up on Easter Monday with the self-destructing Wests Tigers up against last placed Eels. The Eels will welcome back Mitchell Moses, but it’s how the Tigers react to all the internal rumblings that makes this an intriguing game.

For me it’s an easy pick. I can never back the Wests Tigers.

The Experts

Not the Easter Bunny you want visiting.

The average last week was 2.9 so only three Experts managed to beat that score.

Carlos and Bart Simpson rocketed up the Experts standings simply because they chose the Storm as Standout last week. So pretty much everyone has followed suit this week.

But you’ve got to ask what does Shagger know the rest of us don’t? My guess is not much, but we shall see who has the last laugh this week.

All Experts are unanimous on all but two games.

The Experts that picked the Dragons are following their red & white hearts while the Eels v Tiges match is a mess.

Once again, Bart Simpson must think it’s like the final rounds of the Dally M and has gone dark this week. I will update the table when/if he decides to share.

Good luck with your team and tipping this week.
