Make the most out of your Weekly Stats Sheet – 2 tabs ……

1. Kill the fish and rinse it in cool water.
2. Remove the fins and scales.
3. Slice into the vent of the fish and cut up toward the neck.
4. Open up the cut and remove the guts and innards.
5. Rinse out the fish.
6. Slice off the head.
7. Choose to cut the fish into stakes or filets.
