This is my favourite and most important round of the season as you can tell from my previous posts.
This year sees the return of dawn services and marches across most parts of the nation (who knows what our friends in WA are doing).
If you haven’t previously attended a service, or it’s been a while, check your local RSL and let’s make this a return to remember.
Or partake in the new tradition of lighting a candle and listening to the broadcast with family, friends and neighbours.
If you are lucky enough to attend your local or favourite footy team’s match, the NRL is second to none in the way the ANZAC’s are respected and remembered.
Whatever your plans are on Monday, please take some time to reflect on all the freedoms we have today and the sacrifices of the ghosts of our past.
ANZAC Day is not just a public holiday.
Lest we forget
