Talk about a Cinderella Story, this week we highlight the FT2020 tipping season of BigBadBenji.
I know many tippers run little side comps amongst themselves. You may be vying for family, or friends, or work colleagues’ bragging rights and I’m happy about that. I was made aware of one such group last week. They however take it to the nth degree laying out extra cash to keep things even more interesting. I believe there are 9 of them…… and I wont name them all, but there is plenty of internal rivalry happening. BigBadBenji is one of them.
It wasn’t a great start to the season BigBadBenji – scoring a mere 3 points in round 1 – this put her in 80th position and equal 3rd last. A score of 8 in round 2 saw her jump up to 70th place. Then Covid hit and the season was put on hold.
I wont waffle on by detailing each week by week score, but simply have a look at her “My Stats” ranking graph (available to you all in your weekly tipsheet – not that all of us necessarily want to see our progress).
Despite one hiccup in round 4, the graph shows an impressive rise each week, to the extent that she now sits in 3rd place with 6 rounds still to play !!! She also leads the 2nd Chance Comp. A total of $350 awaits should the comp finish now!!
My stalking searching didn’t reveal which team she actually follows, but was informed that she actually plays rugby. She was good enough to be picked in the Brumbies train on squad but now she is with the Waratah train on squad.
