Roosters
$Bill returns to the Roo$ter$ for the final four rounds plus finals for a paltry $150K.
Every NRL supporter, outside of the Roosters, will be shaking their heads and have another reason to resent this Eastern Suburbs club.
Some commentators have called for more transparency so other Clubs could have outbid the Roosters. Delusional! Sonny Bill was only ever going to sign with the Chooks.
Bulldogs
Great news for the Doggies. Not only have they snared the most attractive coach in NRL history, they now have an attractive sponsor on their jersey as well.
Welcome Laundy Hotels. Add the massive war chest available next season and things are finally turning around for this embattled club.
Just don’t mention the board room
Indigenous Round
The NRL has always been a great springboard for our indigenous brothers and sisters and this round is about acknowledgement, inclusion and celebration.
Over the next couple weeks, Clubs will proudly wear jerseys showcasing local indigenous art highlighting the traditional owner of their respective lands.

And the winner is…
The true litmus test of the most consistent team is the for/against score. This is where the competition is won and lost. And this season there is a clear delineation between the teams.
So based on current +/-, here are the winners/losers for 2020:
Finalists
Team | +/- |
Roosters | 160 |
Storm | 147 |
Eels | 120 |
Panthers | 104 |
Wests Tigers | 58 |
Knights | 41 |
Raiders | 41 |
Sharks | 36 |
Which means Roosters v Storm GF (I know, nobody wants to see that).
Congratulations Eastern Suburbs Sydney (cough) Roosters on the 1st 3peat since the great Eels team of the 80’s.
Wooden Spoon
Broncos fans don’t go away empty handed either.
2021 has got to be better? Right?
