Your Round 1 tipsheet is attached.

Welcome to yet another season of footie tipping. The kick off to the 2020 NRL season is a mere 2 days and 9 hours away.

We are glad to have the majority of our “regulars” back and we welcome all those “newbies” to the comp. Numbers are slightly down on last year, but that just means there is less competition out there, and more chances for you to win one of the prizes on offer !

Each year we try to improve our offering to you and keep the keep the competition fresh. We have always wanted to somehow get all tipsters involved and engaged and actually contribute to the discussion. This year we have branched out and gone online at – footytipper.org – which we hope will give all tipsters the chance to join in with some banter and make comments of their own.  Sign in and have a look. Forgotten your login or password ? No problem, you can reset on the site or contact me or The Creator for assistance.

Aside from that we will still be sending you your weekly tipsheet with the leaderboards (Mondays), and Weekly Stats and Live Ladder predictor (generally Fridays). This is the sort of stuff you wont find with other tipping comps !

The Creator has also come up with a couple of other offerings that he will be running via the website. Stay tuned for more on these. More to come later.

Prize money will be finalised in the coming week(s), but will still be offering Main Comp, Second Chance Comp and Weekly Jackpot prizes. Remember – 100% of the entry fees gets paid out in prize money. We are a non-profit organisation.

Footy Tipper Weekly Jackpot*

So naturally for round 1, the Footy Tipper Weekly Jackpot stands at $10. 

*Note: To be eligible to win this prize you must be the sole person to select the full card with a Standout.

While we are on the subject of the Standout, a reminder ……

Each round you are able to nominate one team as a Standout (i.e. the team you think will definitely win).

·        Get it right…  bonus 2 points

·        Get it wrong… minus 2 points

Note: Standouts are optional but you cannot win the Weekly Jackpot without selecting one.
